About your access request.

Vireo’s final privacy policy and terms are still being prepared. This page describes the current access-request process. Full legal operator details, retention periods and processing grounds remain to be finalized.

This website is presented as Vireo. For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected]. For alpha-access enquiries, contact [email protected].
Legal operator name and contact address: awaiting confirmation. Vireo S.A. has not yet been incorporated and is not the current operator.
When you request alpha access
The request form collects your email address and records the time of your request. We use this information to manage your request and contact you about alpha participation. Submitting the form does not create a Vireo account or a paid subscription. It does not ask for exchange API credentials, passwords or payment details.
How requests are processed
The website and request endpoint run on Cloudflare. Alpha requests are stored in Vireo’s existing Supabase infrastructure. The application does not expose the request list to website visitors.
To limit automated submissions, the request endpoint derives a temporary, one-way identifier from the connection’s IP address and uses it to count requests. The application does not store the raw IP address in the alpha-request database. Expired rate-limit records are removed as new requests are processed. Hosting providers may process technical connection data to deliver and protect their services.
Email communications
Access applicants receive only messages necessary for their application, invitation, account, security and alpha participation. Invitation and account emails are handled through Supabase Auth and Resend. Requesting access does not subscribe you to newsletters or promotional launch emails; those would require a separate opt-in.
Cookies and analytics
The website’s own code does not add advertising cookies, third-party analytics scripts or marketing trackers. Fonts and product images are served with the website. Infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Your request and your choices
You can contact [email protected] to ask about your information, correct your email address, withdraw your alpha request or request deletion. Please write from the email address associated with your request so it can be identified.
Alpha-request records remain available for managing the alpha programme until removed. The planned automated deletion period for unsuccessful applications is 12 months from the original request. That deletion schedule has not yet been implemented. A specific retention schedule, processing grounds and full legal operator details will be included in the finalized notice.
